Its hallmark glass facade, combined with transparent LED advertising screens, creates a striking urban landmark in the city’s dynamic environment.

Design Highlights:

• Dynamic Urban Context:Moving away from conventional monotony, the design capitalizes on its surroundings—a structure nestled amid open spaces and diverse architectural styles—to establish a vibrant urban energy. A dynamic facade combined with minimalist massing ensures the building stands out both during the day and at night.
• Innovative Facade Design:The southeast-facing glass facade, embedded with transparent LED screens, not only shields the interior from excessive sunlight but also keeps the indoor spaces cool.
