STONE VALLEY is an industrial complex for manufacturing and displaying stone material products, integrated with a green park. This project offers a different perspective on industrial zones, contrasting with the traditional image of rigid steel-frame buildings surrounded by smoke and dust. The relationship between ecological landscape, stone, and people serves as the main inspiration for the project concept.

To connect with the green space of the park opposite the site, the main “valley” axis is arranged in the center of the land with symmetrical plot formatting. The open space is large enough for visitors and workers to experience nature right from the entrance. The “valley” also serves as a hub for outdoor interaction, exchange, and product display activities. This allows people and nature to blend as one. On both sides of the main axis are indoor showrooms and open workshop areas, enabling visitors to explore all products and their manufacturing processes. The heavy truck transportation area for the main workshop is moved to the back of the building, ensuring uninterrupted visitor flow.

The basic form of the buildings is a stylized interpretation of traditional Northern Vietnamese roofs, making the buildings both familiar and modern.

The Principal Facade is a combination of light effects, stone, and nature. Large stone panels are arranged along the facade, combined with material reflections to showcase the company’s finest products. Here, vegetation is interspersed, guiding visitors toward a friendly and harmonious space. Simultaneously, the gallery display spaces and office service areas maintain sun protection and privacy through this arrangement of stone panels.

Nature and water are incorporated into the structure as elements of connection and interaction. The project promises to be the missing piece in this area, not only preserving the landscape’s beauty but also promising to bring interesting experiences for visitors.
